RNnetwork ranks No. 1 in the midsize category on Sun Sentinel’s list of 2018 Top Workplaces in South Florida. The list is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage that measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
“We’re honored to be recognized as the top place to work in South Florida,” says Eric Darienzo, RNnetwork president. “Our people-first approach to business has created an environment where our people feel comfortable being themselves and are encouraged to share diverse opinions and ideas.”
The result of RNnetwork’s commitment to its people-centric culture is a workplace that’s not only fun, but diverse and inclusive — a place where employees feel supported at all levels of the organization and are passionate about the work they do.
In a Sun Sentinel article featuring RNnetwork, account executive Kristin Seese says, “[RNnetwork’s culture] makes me feel at home. Each individual personality can come out and shine.”
In addition to creating an environment where employees are free to be themselves, the company also offers a variety of unique benefits, including flexible schedules, company-paid volunteer time off, employee network groups, free onsite healthcare for employees and their families, and a casual dress code.
