Because of the longer duration of the assignment, our travel nurses offer more continuity of care. They typically have a broader skill set also, so they are able to float to other units. We pull from a nationwide pool of nurses to find the ideal nurse for your facility.
Our nurses have an average of 10 years of nursing experience. Nearly half have more than 12 years of experience. Because of the amount of their experience, they have a versatile skill set in a variety of locations and settings.
Our comprehensive and streamlined staffing services save you countless hours in the search process, credentialing, licensing, and overall screening of a nurse. Overtime expenses for existing staff can often be eliminated. Because travel nurse assignments can be planned and budgeted for in advance, shifts can be scheduled ahead of time.
The exact rate varies; there is no fixed rate for our services. Once we discuss contract options, pay rates, housing costs, and other items, we will provide you with an exact rate for the specific travel nurse required at your healthcare organization.
There is absolutely no cost or obligation to use our services when you sign an agreement. The advantage to having your agreement completed in advance is that we can move more quickly when your need for coverage arises in the future.
RNnetwork has successfully placed a nurse within one day of an original interview with a client, and as long as three months prior to a required start date.
Based on your request, your RNnetwork representative conducts a database selection and match process. After we find a travel nurse candidate who is a good match and who is interested in your position, we will immediately transmit to you the employment profile, references, and clinical skills checklist for that travel nurse.
