Employee assistance program (EAP)

Every travel nurse has access to our award-winning EAP. Get help from experts for financial, mental health, behavioral, and legal issues. Each employee and their dependents are eligible for three free counseling sessions per incident per calendar year.

Credentialing assistance

Our quality assurance specialists will help you through every aspect of your credentialing requirements, before you begin, to ensure you meet all necessary compliance criteria. We cover 100 percent of the cost of any new licenses you need and 50 percent of the cost of most certifications.

Life and AD&D insurance

You’ll automatically receive $50,000 of basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and this benefit does not require enrollment in a medical plan.
