This year, Dorothy Etchells celebrated her seventh anniversary at RNnetwork.
A registered nurse, Dorothy was initially hired as a recruiter assistant before being promoted to assistant team leader just one year later — while she was still assisting a top recruiter.
When that recruiter left in 2009, Dorothy took over her desk and has been impressing everyone ever since.
When she’s not working, Dorothy loves to read, do puzzles and cook (maybe that’s a carryover from her previous experience working at Papa John’s Pizza!).
She’s a big fan of ’80s music, especially the B-52s and Talking Heads, and there isn’t a movie that Dorothy doesn’t like. Two dogs and four cats make her home a busy, happy place.
