RNnetwork’s loyalty bonus: How our nurses earn more

picture of smiling nurse

Whether you’re embarking on your very first assignment with us or you’re a seasoned RNnetwork pro, we want you to know how much we appreciate you. So much so that our most loyal nurses earn some extra cash through our loyalty bonus! So how does our loyalty program work? Learn more about our loyalty program, how you can still earn a mid-year bonus, and how two of our top earners made the big bucks.

Our loyalty bonus: Work with us, get bonus cash

Any RNnetwork provider who works at least 1,500 hours between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31 will receive a $1,000 loyalty bonus. Most travelers achieve this by working three assignments plus eight shifts with RNnetwork. If you work three 12-hour shifts a week during your 13-week assignment, you’ll already have nearly 500 hours.

Quote by travel nurse Andres Nobili about being a loyalty top earner

One of RNN’s top loyalty bonus winners, trauma neuro nurse Andres Nobili, says it’s easy to stay loyal to RNnetwork. “It’s nice to receive the loyalty bonus at the end of the year, but to me, it’s more about being a part of RNnetwork,” he says. “I work with a wonderful team. They make my requests happen and on time. They make my life easy. Why would you not be loyal to that?”

The more hours you work, the more money you get

If you’ve already earned your full loyalty bonus or are getting close to the required hours, you can increase your bonus by continuing to work with us. Once you’ve achieved your 1,500 hours, you’ll earn $100 more for every additional 100 hours worked through Dec. 31.

“I enjoy working, so when I am on an assignment, that is all I do,” says another top loyalty winner, Amanda Brooks, home health LPN/LVN.

Graphic with tips on how to earn a mid-year loyalty bonus

Started working mid-year? You can still earn money!

Did you miss the chance for the yearly loyalty bonus? No sweat! Just clock in 750 hours with RNnetwork between July 1 to December 31, 2024, and the $500 bonus is all yours. Just make sure to start working your assignment by August 16. Usually, a 20-week stint will get you the mid-year loyalty bonus.

Log a bunch of hours, and you may win big

Every RNnetwork provider who earns the full loyalty bonus this year by working at least 1,500 hours will also be automatically entered to win a trip to their choice of destination, valued at $5,000. Our travel experts will assist with the booking. The lucky winner will be notified in January 2025.
