Video: Taking Travel Nursing Jobs With Your Spouse

Jason_PrincessPrincess and Jason Conty met in nursing school when, as the story goes, Jason sat in an open seat next to Princess and started up a conversation.

He recalls giving her the wrong answer when they were reviewing for an exam and starting a study group with her when they got the test results back.

“I said, ‘You apparently are getting better grades than I am, so that’s why I’m sitting with you,” Jason jokes. “You can meet a lot of girls in nursing school. I just chose the best one.”

After being married for two years, the couple decided they were getting too comfortable in their nursing jobs and wanted to try something new. They sold their home and left their home state of Virginia to take travel nursing jobs together.

“This is an opportune time for us to do travel nursing. We don’t have anything holding us back in terms of commitments, and we don’t have kids yet,” Princess says. “It’s a fun thing for us to do right now, and we’re just enjoying the moment.”

Find out why Jason and Princess love travel nursing together in the video below!

Princess and Jason were among the eight nurses who attended our recent nurse panel. Check out Jason’s spotlight, and look for Princess’ story coming soon!
