Working with RNnetwork

RNnetwork reviews 2017

At RNnetwork, we take great pride in delivering exceptional service to the travel nurses we serve. We know that in order to administer the lifesaving and life-changing care they so expertly provide, our nurses need the support of a company and recruiters who have their best interests at heart.

“Feedback is absolutely paramount to our process,” says Eric Darienzo, president of RNnetwork. “We are delighted and humbled by the positive feedback we receive — this information helps us accentuate our strengths and ensure we continually deliver those benefits on which our team of travel nurses have come to rely.”

“Of equal — perhaps even more critical — importance is the feedback we receive that calls attention to our weaknesses,” continues Darienzo. “This information helps us identify shortcomings and opportunities for greatest improvement. We listen and respond earnestly to these candid assessments of our company.”

Our recruiters are on the front line and are often the closest association our nurses have with RNnetwork. As such, many of our positive reviews are a direct reflection of the unparalleled service, responsiveness, and support our recruiters provide to the nurses they assist. Positive reviews also highlight RNnetwork’s resources, housing, credentialing, benefits, and effectiveness in securing desired placements.

Positive reviews

Here are a few of the positive reviews we’ve received:

“I love my recruiter Miss Jamie Zaroff!! She’s the best! Jamie got me the job, in the place that I wanted so desperately when 3 other agencies couldn’t do it. She kept in contact with me when I was on an assignment with another agency and wanted to help when the assignment wasn’t going well. The whole team was friendly, helpful and always checking to see if I needed anything. A big A+++ in my book!! Thanks Jamie for all you do!”

“Phenomenal company! I have only ever traveled with them. Recruiter, Chris, is the man. Always right on time with phone calls and hasn’t let me down! Quickly resolves issues and professional. I have done a total of 7 13 week stints with this company and have not a single complaint. Highly recommended.”

“I’d like to stop by and say what a pleasure it’s been to work with RNnetwork and especially my recruiter Rachel Schafer. I’m on my 4th week in Virginia and this assignment has had its own set of hurdles (related to general orientation) for all of the travelers here so it’s been great having the support I needed and the quick response to any issues I’ve had. Thanks for being there for me!”

“We’ve traveled with other companies but no one offers the job opportunities and amazing personnel that RNnetwork does. I love how personable our recruiter is and how she continues to check in with us throughout the contract. It’s not just a job to her it’s a commitment to our happiness.”

“I’m loving RNnetwork! I’ve only been on 2 assignments so far but I’ve had a smooth ride thanks to my awesome recruiter Rachel Shafer! She’s awesome. Always there when I need her to answer one of my hundreds of questions. Especially in the beginning, it can be a little over whelming at times but she made me feel like I could do anything. Can’t wait to see where she sends me next!”

“I love love RNnetwork!! I have worked with other companies who make every assignment feel like a guessing game but not RNnetwork They were there for me when my assignment was cancelled during the middle of my 13 weeks (by the facility by unforeseen circumstances) and found me a new assignment within days!! I trust my recruiter Rachel Shafer she is THE BEST!!!”

“Very productive at job placement. Recruiters treat nurses like family. Staff is easily available and returns calls promptly. Strives to find the best jobs with high pay rates.”

“My recruiter is awesome, contacting me every Monday to see how I’m doing. The supervisor is great also. I love this company. The benefit package is great too. My housing has been fantastic. The credentialing department is fantastic, finding classes for recertification.”

Negative reviews

The negative feedback we receive is of highest import to our company. We seek to quickly understand and resolve concerns and re-assert or adjust our company policies, where applicable, to ensure concerns do not reemerge.

In the interest of full disclosure, a sample of those negative reviews includes:

“After about 3 years of travel with them, I’m totally shocked with the treatment and the way my recruiter talked to me. If I had talked to a customer that way on a job???? Let’s just say it would not be good.”

“Didn’t like the housing- work nights and it was near screaming kids but not their fault. Love Dorothy who called regularly to see how I was doing. Far better than other companies”

Cons: No PTO or bereavement leave with pay. Advice to Management: Add PTO and bereavement to be an excellent company.”

Cons: Communication with management not good! Organization of company a little unorganized which filtered down to staff creating incomplete or overlooked issues. Advice to Management: Management at that time needed to effectively communicate changes and updates to staff for smoother operations!”

Cons: Does not stand behind their nurses. Advice to Management: Learn to listen and stand behind your nurses. If a nurse has a gut feeling it is usually with a good reason. Submitted to an assignment I left after completing one night. I am an ICU nurse, was told I would only work on an ICU floor, and could work several nights in a row. By the time I started there were so many lies I could not keep up. I wanted to get out of the contract then. But nonetheless I went and even though I was trained two days in my specialty ICU, my very first night I got floated to a medical surgical floor where none of the nurses would help me and I was not trained. I was given an assignment covered by three nurses. I had a demanding family, a dying patient, a crazy patient, a transfer that wasn’t completed on dayshift, a patient who needed to go to MRI with valium that wasn’t completed on dayshift and an incoming admission plus a patient who needed t. The charting system was totally different but I managed to swing that awful assignment with one minor charting system error. Long story short RN Network did not stand behind me from the beginning and now there is a major problem going on with this hospital system. Stay away from RN Network. They are the worst.”

We are continually looking for feedback to improve our company procedures and policies. If you have feedback to share, please reach out to your RNnetwork recruiter or visit our Facebook page.
