Recipe: Key Lime Pie

Key lime pieWant to impress new friends — or wow your family — with a killer dessert? This key lime pie comes together in minutes, and the recipe is simple. Here’s what you need:

  • 5 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lime juice and mix well. Pour the mixture into the unbaked graham cracker shell.

Bake for 15 minutes, and allow the pie to cool. Chill it in the refrigerator for at least two hours, and top with whipped topping and lime slices if desired.
